Accreditation Services: With over 30 years’ experience at all levels of ACSI accreditation, including leading suite visit teams and serving two terms on the regional accreditation commission, we provide customizable services to support your school throughout the ACSI accreditation process. With the goal of continuous improvement in mind, our services can range from the basic understanding of the standards to working with school representatives on the oversight and management of the preparation process. Strategies for compliance to standards, preparing for the visit, and providing the experience needed to create a quality self-study and subsequent visit are available to give your staff the best opportunity for success while minimizing the stress.
Instructional Coaching Services: Wouldn’t it be great for a young teacher to have someone to call and talk to? How about that marginal teacher who is working on their improvement plan? Then there are those second career teachers. Even the young Principal needs someone they can bounce ideas off or discuss situations with. Through one-on-one coaching and support we provide an ear to listen and an experienced voice when advice is requested. This could be virtual or include in-person classroom observations. Instructional supervision coaching is provided for the principal that include how to observe a class and structure a supervision program that targets and meets the needs of the teachers to improve teacher effectiveness in the classroom.

Strategic Planning: A strategic plan lays the foundation for the future of a school while protecting the mission and vision of the school. Working closely with school leadership, we will use surveys and focus groups to lead into a SWOT analysis that helps determine the strategic initiatives for the next 3-5 years of your school. Working with leadership, each strategic initiative is carefully worded and crafted with action steps, responsibilities, timeline for completion and needed resources. The final product is a chart that can guide the school's growth initiatives into the future.
Special Education Consultations: Having been parents of special needs learners and being at several schools during the infancy of special needs program, we bring a unique perspective to the administrative and teaching challenges of meeting the needs of a special population in our schools. From the top down we provide insight and practical ideas for both inclusion classrooms and special pull-out programs. This can include individual and small group coaching for educational therapists and other academic support personnel.
